This program is focused on supporting a pregnant person from the time they become aware of their pregnancy through delivery. Each session will be tailored to their week in pregnancy while collaborating on their postpartum recovery plan. 

• 2 In-Office Sessions per Month 

  • 60-min sessions with light body work included

  • The focus shifts throughout the duration of the pregnancy to cover everything from maintaining the pregnancy to lower back pain, managing any arising diagnoses, and labor prep.

  • If you go into labor before you’re done with your sessions, we’ll pick up post-baby. Must be used in the first 90 days after you give birth. 

This package focuses on catching a postpartum person directly after giving birth and supporting them through the next 90 days. The focus is on creating support for their optimal healing and recovery while supporting the energy reserves required for tiny babies. 

• 6 Acupuncture Sessions

  • 2 In-home Visits during the first two weeks post-partum

    • 60-min sessions with light body work included

    • Focus on establishing milk supply, emotionally processing birth, checking in on your postpartum body, energy and emotional support 

  • 4 in-office sessions during the remainder of your “fourth trimester”

    • 60-min sessions with light body work included 

    • Focuses on stamina during your early days of postpartum recovery, supportive healing, preps your body for your next pregnancy (even if it’s not imminent), preps body for menopause

This package is designed to help you prepare your body for labor. We'll focus on boosting your energy and building your reserves, ensuring you enter labor in optimal condition. It's also ideal for those who prefer to avoid induction and are eager to meet their baby soon! (also great for folks who don’t want to be induced and want help prepping to get their baby out now!)

  • These sessions can be concentrated during the final weeks of pregnancy to prep you for a great labor. 

  • If you go into labor before you’re done with your sessions, we’ll pick up post-baby. Must be used in the first 90 days after you give birth. 

Combining our Pregnancy Support and Postpartum Packages, this package aims to offer support from day one through to 3 months postpartum.
